Planning a weekend trip from LaSalle
If your weekdays are full, the store is open Saturdays and Sundays too. Here's what a weekend visit looks like:
- The drive: about 65 minutes each way, interstate first and then Route 71, with no tolls.
- At the counter: your gold jewelry is sorted, tested and weighed by karat in front of you, and you can ask about anything along the way.
- The offer: you see the weight and value for each karat, and you decide what to sell and what to keep.
- Payment: anything you sell is paid for at the counter, so the money goes home with you that day.
A few tips for a smooth trip:
- Bring everything at once. Unsorted, broken and unfamiliar pieces are all welcome, so you won't need a second drive.

Directions from LaSalle
From 1st St and Marquette St, go north on Marquette St, then right onto US-6 east. Merge onto I-80 east and take exit 93 for Route 71. Follow Route 71 east to Oswego, then go left on Orchard Rd. About 3 miles north, get on US-30 east, then take the Douglas Rd exit and turn left. We're roughly half a mile ahead on the left. Expect about 52 miles and zero tolls.
