- You walk in. No appointment, no forms to fill out ahead of time. Just tell us what you brought.
- We sort it with you. Everything goes on the counter. We separate the solid gold from anything that isn't, and you see every piece.
- We test it in front of you. Each piece is checked for purity right there. You'll hear the result for every item.
- We weigh it by karat. Everything that tests at the same karat goes on the scale as one group, and you see each group's weight.
- You get your offer. It's based on that day's gold price, the purity and the weight, and it's broken down by karat so you can see how it adds up.
- You decide. Sell everything, sell some and keep the rest, or take some time to think. It's your call.
- You're paid. If you accept, payment is made before you walk out the door.
